What is the turnover time for photos?
Real estate photos (inc. 360 virtual tour) we will send them back to our clients within 24 hours (Virtual styled photos can take up to 48 hours). Events, between 1 - 7 days. Please notify us (when booking) if you need the photos urgently, and we will try to accomodate to your request.
How can I pay you?
We will send you an invoice and you have up to 14 working days to pay us. You can pay either bank transfer or credit card.
Can I share the photos with my friends?
Of course! We want you to share your photos (inc prints) with friends and family!! Also don’t forget to tell them how great our service is! As a business we can only grow if our clients are happy!! Having said that we also like to share the beautiful photos we have taken on our social media page. for some reason you do not want us to share them please let us know.
What if the property is not photo ready?
While we can clean up most clutter in post production, if for any reason the property is not photo ready please give us a call so we can reschedule to a later date.
How will the products be delivered?
Since we are living in the 21st century, our products will be delivered via email. Whether its a floor plan or copywriting we will send you a link to all the products to our private and secure system. If you like us to send you via USB stick, we can do that.
Cancellation or call out fee?
While we do try to minimise charging our clients for cancellation or call out fee, if we get notified a couple of hours before. Unfortunately if you do decide to cancel or reschedule the booking (<1 hour to the booking time) we will have to charge a call out fee.
